This Privacy Policy explains how ProCraft JP株式会社 (“the Company” or “we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data in the course of operating this website and providing our services.

It applies to this website and to any contact you make with us through the enquiry form on it. The Company coordinates property purchase, renovation and rental management in Japan for Hong Kong buyers; the regulated services involved are performed by licensed local partners in Tokyo and Kanagawa in accordance with Japanese law.

What you enter in the enquiry form, namely:

• Name
• Contact details (email, WhatsApp or LINE)
• Budget
• Purpose of purchase
• Services you are interested in
• Your message

The form does not collect any personal data beyond the above. For your own safety, please do not enter identity card numbers, bank account details or other sensitive information in the message field.

When you visit this site, our hosting provider records information such as your IP address, browser type, access time and the pages viewed, as is normal technical practice. These records are used to keep the site running and secure; we do not use them to identify individual visitors.

This site does not use cookies for tracking. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled in future, it is a cookie-free statistics tool and does not track individuals across sites. This site uses your browser’s local storage (localStorage) only to remember your language preference, never for tracking.

If an enquiry goes no further and we judge that no follow-up is required, we delete the related records within a reasonable time. If a service relationship has begun, we retain the records after the service ends for the period required for accounting and legal purposes, and delete them once that period expires. You may also ask us by email to delete your data at any time.

You may at any time ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate in it, or to have it deleted.

The Company is based in Japan, and your data is generally processed within Japan.

However, the servers of the third-party providers above may be located outside Japan, so your data may leave your own region while being transmitted and stored. The servers of those providers (Web3Forms, Google and Cloudflare) are located mainly in the United States, Japan and other regions worldwide. By using this site and submitting the form, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.
